OUR MISSION
To unite individuals who share a commitment to protecting private property rights, recognizing them as the foundation of individual liberty, economic vitality, and a stable society. If we allow these core principles to be weakened or ignored in law, we risk losing every other right granted by God and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.

A MESSAGE FROM THE
STPRA TEAM
As we prepare to celebrate two decades of impact, we are honored to invite you to be part of STPRA’s 20th Annual Fundraiser on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Center in Kingsville, Texas. This milestone event marks 20 years of dedication to protecting landowner rights across South Texas. We look forward to sharing more details soon about this year’s featured guest.
As a landowner-founded, landowner-led 501(c)(3) organization, STPRA’s mission is rooted in a deep respect for the private property rights granted by both the United States and Texas constitutions.
Our work is centered on 10 key areas that directly affect all property and landowners: Eminent Domain, Landowner Liability, Taxation, Human and Animal Health, Border Security and Immigration Reform, Landowner Compensation, Prescribed Burning, Transportation, Water Regulation and Conservation, and Endangered Species Act.
For 20 years, STPRA has been a voice for landowners, calling attention to the productivity, natural beauty, and unique challenges of South Texas. Our board, staff, and volunteers travel thousands of miles across the region each year to connect with members, listen to concerns, and take action. During each legislative session, we dedicate hundreds of hours at the Texas Capitol to advocate for the rights of landowners and their families.
This work would not be possible without the generosity of our members, donors, and sponsors. Your support fuels our mission and allows us to keep showing up where it matters. The Annual Fundraiser plays a vital role in helping us meet our financial goals, and it has become a meaningful tradition for the STPRA community.
While we are proud of what we’ve accomplished, we know there is still more to do. With your help, we can continue to protect land, legacy, and the freedoms that come with both. I hope you will consider joining us as a sponsor this year.
Thank you for standing with us!
STPRA STAFF & BOARD OF DIRECTORS
As a sponsor, your name or company will be prominently recognized in STPRA’s communications, including our daily news updates, event signage, website, and printed materials. You’ll also receive public acknowledgment at the Fundraiser, placing your brand directly in front of engaged landowners, decision-makers, and community influencers.
Proceeds from this event directly support STPRA’s ongoing work to educate our members and the broader public about the vital role property rights play in our state’s future. Your sponsorship helps fund outreach, member engagement, and advocacy efforts that protect the land, livelihoods, and legacies of Texans across the region.
