The Rancher BOSA is a monthly overview of drug smuggling, human trafficking and other criminal activity in south and west Texas. The purpose of this report is to inform property owners and other related critical infrastructure partners, within the 16 Texas Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Sectors, of emerging trends and relevant incidents.
