Key Points this Month

• Executive Director: Excited to announce our new 2025 incoming board of directors and advisor. • Membership: Celebrate the start of the 89th Legislative Session with STPRA at Spanish Oaks Country Club on February 5th. • Legislative: The race for Speaker of the House remains undecided. Stay tuned for the outcome of this hotly contested race. • Legislative: Over 2,200 bills have been pre-filed for the 89th session, and 111 constitutional amendments have been proposed in the Texas Senate and House. STPRA will remain vigilant for property rights opportunities and threats to keep our members informed.
